Accommodation
150 rooms in hotels of different standard have been reserved for the
Conference participants for the period of 30 August to 8 September 2013. The reservations are guaranteed
until 30 June 2013 only; see Accommodation section for details. The rooms in students hostel should be
booked through the conference on-line registration tool (an additional fee will be added to the hostel
cost). The rooms in the other hotels must be booked directly through the provided hotel links.
Accommodation through the registration system
We have made pre-reservations of up to 50 single and double rooms (with a bathroom
and a kitchenette shared between two rooms) in the hostel Olimp located in AGH
student dormitory with the prices starting from 23 euro/night (breakfast is included).
The hostel is located in the AGH campus Miasteczko Studenckie within 15 minute walking
distance of the conference site. The pre-reserved rooms in Olimp are available through
the conference registration system and are to be paid to the organizers together with
the conference fee. Due to the organizational reasons please do not contact the hostel

deadline of the hostel Olimp is extended to 29 June 2013.

as well as by the exit road in direction of A4 highway. Just 20 minute walk from the Main
Market Square. Next to guesthouse there is a bus stop with direct connection to the Main
Train Station and Balice Airport.
